Paella Fusion is finally here!

We’ve been offering our Spanish catering services for the last 6 years and are so excited to continue offering our services from our new business, PAELLA FUSION!!!!

And why Paella Fusion you might think?

Well let me tell you first about our multicultural family history…. I grew up in Spain, lived in the UK for a while and been in Perth since 2013. Back in 2011, I met my husband Jason in London where he was born however his background and culture is from Burma. I grew up appreciating the richness of the Mediterranean diet (which I keep practicing at home and in my caterings) and Jason grew up eating the flavorsome curries his mum Gilda would create, which I get to enjoy often too 🙂

When I arrived in Perth, I realised paella was loved by Australians. In fact, in keeping with the Australian BBQ tradition, the addition of chorizo was commonly added to the Chicken Paella. A fusion between Spanish and Australian flavors existed, rather than saying “that’s not how we make it back home” I embraced the fusion and contribution Australian culture had on one of the worlds most popular….the paella!
